Processing fees for rebooking or canceling your course registration
►REBOOKING of your course registration to other IIK courses (different course dates or different course levels):
when rebooking before the start of the language course: € 50 rebooking fee
when rebooking after the start and before the end of the language course: € 150 rebooking fee
rebooking after the end of the language course: no rebooking of the course fee possible. The full course fee will be charged.
For registrations received from 01 March 2026 on:
when rebooking up to 2 weeks before the start of the language course: € 50 rebooking fee
when rebooking up to 1 working day before the start of the language course: € 100 rebooking fee
when rebooking after the start and up to the first half of the language course: € 150 rebooking fee
After the first half of the language course: The full course fee will be charged.
►CANCELLATION of your course registration due to refusal of your visa application:
only on presentation of the refusal letter
when cancelling due to visa refusal before the start of the language course: € 50 cancellation fee
when cancelling due to visa refusal after the start and before the end of the language course: € 150 cancellation fee
Cancellation after the end of the language course: The full course fee will be charged.
For registrations received from 01 March 2026 on:
when cancelling due to visa refusal up to 1 week before the start of the language course: € 50 cancellation fee
when cancelling due to visa refusal up to 1 working day before the start of the language course: € 100 cancellation fee
when cancelling due to visa refusal after the start and up to the end of the first half of the language course: € 150 cancellation fee
when cancelling due to visa refusal after the first half of the language course: The full course fee will be charged.
►CANCELLATION of your course registration for other reasons than visa refusal:
cancellation before the start of the language course: € 150 cancellation fee
cancellation after the start of the language course: Cancellations are no longer possible after the course has begun. The full course fee will be charged.
For registrations received from 01 March 2026 on:
cancellation up to 10 days before the start of the language course: € 150 cancellation fee
cancellation later than 10 days before the start of the language course: Cancellations are no longer possible. The full course fee will be charged.
Bank fees for international transfers will be deducted from the refund amount.
We reserve the right to inform the immigration authorities about changes and cancellations of your booking.
