Course Fees and Cancellation Policy
How much does the German language course cost?
€ 389 (euro)
The course fee includes:
the German language lessons in the morning (68 in-person/classroom-based lessons),
the teaching material (course book + copies),
a programme of extracurricular activities (in-person and online activities for getting to know the other participants and practising the language)
Unfortunately, we cannot offer scholarships / discounts.
Board and lodging are not included in the course fee.
Participation in the online course "Introduction to Academic Communication" in the afternoons involves an additional fee € 149.
Upon receiving your registration form we will confirm your registration by e-mail within a couple of days. Please credit our bank account to the course fee(s) within 14 days after your registration. You will get more details concerning the transaction and your payment deadline with a seperate email. Thank you!
Will you get your course fee refunded when cancelling your registration?
When cancelling your registration until February 15th, 2021 you will get your complete course fee refunded.*
When cancelling your registration between February 15th and March 2nd, 2021 we will keep a registration fee of € 89 and pay back the rest of the course fee.*
*minus bank fees for non-European transactions
When cancelling your registration on or later than March 3th, 2021 we cannot refund your course fee at all, unfortunately.
