Registration for the intensive German Course
International Autumn Course 7 September - 30 September 2020
Registration ends: August 7th,2020 or once the courses/levels are full.

If you don`t want to register online, you can print the registration form and either mail or fax it to us filled in and signed, alternatively. We need the information on your knowledge of German. Only when having filled in the registration form for the language course, we can guarantee you a place in the language course. Thank you very much!
Upon receiving your registration form we will confirm your registration by e-mail within a couple of days. Please credit our bank account to the sum of the course fee within 14 days after your registration. You will get more details concerning the transaction with a seperate email. Thank you!
Costs and grants:
How much does the German course cost?
€ 500 (euro)
The course fee includes:
the German lessons, the teaching material (course book + copies)
as well as the programme of extracurricular activities
(language tutorials and free time activities including 2 day trips).
Board and lodging are not included in the course fee.
-When cancelling your registration until August 6th, 2020 you will get your complete course fee refunded.*
-When cancelling your registration between August 6th and September 5th, 2020 we will keep a registration fee of € 150 and pay back the rest of the course fee.*
*minus bank fees for non-European transactions
-When cancelling your registration on or later than September 7th, 2020 we cannot refund your course fee at all, unfortunately.
Are there grants / discounts?
● 15 partial grants of € 150 for ERASMUS+ students from Central Eastern / Eastern Europe
ERASMUS+ students from the following countries:
Albania, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine
can apply for a partial grant / discount of € 150.
The fee for the German course would then be € 350 instead of € 500.
We will award a maximum of 20 partial grants.

● DAAD grants for students from all countries
If you already know around autumn 2019/ beginning of 2020 that you want to join our German intensive course in September 2020, you can apply for a "University Summer Course Grant for Advanced Students" of the DAAD. This scholaship of the "Deutscher Akademischer Auslandsdienst" (DAAD) usually covers the complete course fee plus some flat-rate travel allowance. However, application deadlines vary for each country, for most countries application already ends in December or mid of January.
Country-specific information can be found online at the → scholarship database of the DAAD.
Please submit your application form directly to the DAAD branch respectively the German embassy in your country.
