INTERNATIONAL SUMMER COURSE 2026
Extracurricular activities:
In the afternoons and evenings various cultural and social events take place:
such as sports, choir, cooking evenings, dance evenings or a hike to a look-out tower and wildlife enclosure. different kind of parties.
On top of this participants can join language tutorials on several afternoons to further practise their different skills: oral German/conversation, phonetics, creative writing or writing a cv.

Furthermore, we will go on two day trips to beautiful towns in the nearby federal states:
- Eisenach: visit of the Bachhaus (about the composer Johann Sebastian Bach) and visit of Wartburg Castle where Martin Luther sought refuge.
- German classics in Weimar (the town of Goethe, Schiller, Bauhaus, etc): including a guided town walk and a visit to Goethe`s residence.
All the before mentioned activities are included in the course fee.
However, on excursion days participants need to take care of their lunch and other meals themselves and they also have to pay for sights they visit on their own (only transport and the planned collective visits of sights are included in the course fee).
